Use of the Site and Content: You may use the Site and the Content for noncommercial purposes only. You may access and view course materials for personal use. Additionally, if provided, you may download course materials for educational purposes within a nonprofit institution. Any other use or distribution of the Content is prohibited without prior written consent.

User Accounts: We may offer user accounts for certain features of the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating or updating your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts and deny access to the Site to any user who violates these Terms of Use.

By submitting User Content, you grant OpenTelemed Education a worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and distribute the User Content for educational purposes. OpenTelemed Education disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Limitation of Liability: OpenTelemed Education and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Site or the Content.

Termination: OpenTelemed Education reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility: You affirm that you are at least 13 years old and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Use. The Site is not intended for users under 13.

General: If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and OpenTelemed Education regarding the Site.
